application of knowledge. The study of the sociology of education deals with the study of social institutions
and their centers. It includes the relationship between education and other aspects like social stratification,
political organization, and other social systems. It sets out to explain how human beings have constructed these
institutions, how they perceive them, and the role they play in our lives.
